OUR STORY
Where it began…
At Decorum Construction, we are led by a seasoned professional with over 30 years of military experience. Our founder, a Chief Master Sergeant retired from the US Air Force, brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our company. With a diverse background ranging from electronic technician and space systems operations to first sergeant and operations coordinator with defense attaché, our founder has a unique skill set that translates seamlessly into the construction industry.
Retiring in May 2017, our founder pursued a passion for construction and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Complementing this degree, they also hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and associate degrees in Information Management Systems, Human Resource, Space Systems, and Electronic Systems Technology.
Throughout their military career, our founder actively participated in several military campaigns, including Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Southern Watch, and Enduring Freedom. This experience instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, which are foundational principles at Decorum Construction.
Beyond their military service, our founder has gained practical construction experience with notable companies such as Yantis, New Beginnings Capital Partnership, Habitat for Humanity, and Fifth Quarter Construction. These roles have allowed them to contribute their skills in various capacities.

OUR PROCESS
Our process at Decorum Construction we begin by conducting a thorough site survey to assess the project scope.
Estimates are presented for owner approval.
If permits are required, we handle the application process.
Clear timelines are set, and work begins.
Upon completion, we ensure any necessary Letters of Completion are obtained from the city.
Our streamlined process ensures a smooth and satisfying construction experience for our clients.
